The JS750 twin-shaft concrete mixing host of HZS35 produces 0.75m3 concrete mix per batch, and the mixing time is only 72 seconds, which can obtain the largest amount of fully uniformly mixed concrete products in the shortest time. At the same time, this batching plant transports aggregates by skip hoists, which is benefit to reduce footprint and enhance land utilization.
The PLD1200 batching machine of HZS35 can be installed with 3-4 hoppers according to standard configuration, which can be customized according to the production requirements of concrete. Its work platform adopts an all-steel structure. The discharge height can be customized according to the production requirements. A cumulative weighing system is installed to ensure the aggregate can be weighed precisely, thereby ensure the high quality of concrete products.
