Overview

The belt conveyor has a variety of structural forms, including grooved belt conveyor, flat belt conveyor, climbing belt conveyor, roll belt conveyor, and curved belt conveyor.

Our concrete conveyor systems have been manufactured to ensure fast, automatic and safe transportation of concrete from the mixing unit to the casting location.

We supply mono or duorail concrete conveyor systems – also with curves and points.
The concrete bucket is available in several standard sizes with bottom gate or rotational emptying.
The conveyor carriage is delivered with a frequency-controlled speed which gives high speeds as well as soft starting and stopping.
Busbar system in closed synthetic profiles or with flat cable suspended in rail carriages.

Advantages of belt conveyor

Structural advantages: compact structure, no foundation, can be directly laid on the floor of the roadway, the frame is light, and it is very convenient to disassemble and assemble.
Conveying advantages: when the conveying capacity and distance are large, an intermediate drive device can be equipped to meet the requirements. According to the requirements of the conveying process, you can choose a single belt conveyor or a group of cement conveying systems to meet the needs of different operation lines.
Operation advantages: belt conveyor has a reliable operation, easy to realize automation and centralized control, especially for high-yield and efficient mines.

Working Principle

In simple terms, bucket elevators vertically convey bulk materials. They are considered similar to conveyor belts, with the greatest difference being that bucket elevators move material using buckets attached to a rotating belt or chain. The buckets work to pick up material, move it to the desired endpoint, discharge material, and finally return to the starting point to pick up a new load. Bucket elevator configurations are engineered based on the application, material, required horsepower, and elevator height. Configuration options include centrifugal bucket elevators and continuous bucket elevators, with both models including belt and chain options.
