Haomei offers a wide range of storage Cement silos for powder products like Cement, Lime, Fly Ash, Microsilica, Bentonite and others. The capacities vary from 50 to 800 tons (calculating at 1,25t/m³). Two discharge cones are available as an option.

WELDED TYPE CEMENT SILOS (SINGLE PIECE)
Welded Type Cement silos are the best choice for short distance transportation and require minimum installation time. Being shipped as a single piece all that needs to be done is lift the silo and put it on the foundation. Another advantage of welded silos is their leakproof structure. It provides 0 water permeability.The standard capacity of welded silos usually does not exceed 62 tons; this is limited by the convenience of the silo for transportation. The minimum capacity of the welded silo is 22 tons. The standard configuration of the welded silo includes: silo bank with a cone, support frame, cement injection pipe with BRS fitting, operating platform with external ladder, flange for fastening the disk shutter.

BOLTED TYPE CEMENT SILOS
Bolted Type Cement silos are the best choice for long distance transportation as 2 silos with 2 sets of screw conveyors, filters and other equipment can be fit in one 40FT open top container. All components of bolted type cement silos are made by sensitive CNC laser cutting technology and the shape is given to bended parts by using bending molds. There is almost zero tolerance on the sensitivity of the matching holes.Cement silos whose capacity is more than 100 tonnes are manufactured as bolted type most of the time. To manufacture the silos as bolted brings advantage of space saving during transportation.While offering great transportation advantages bolted silos require more time for installation. Correct water sealing must be applied. Silo can be shipped on short distances after being put together.

SILO RELATED EQUIPMENT
Most of the time, as per our clients’ needs, we deliver our silos together with all other necessary cement silo equipment such as cement screw conveyor with the desired diameter & length, air dust filter, pressure safety valve, top & bottom level indicators, air fluidization nozzles, pulse valve and cone butterfly valve for manual cement discharging. In case of using the silo for cement terminal or similar application, the screw conveyor can be connected to a loading below to charge the cement to cement trucks.
