Product description

Maximize efficiency with our Volumetric Concrete Mixers. Mix fresh concrete on-site, eliminate waste, and pay only for what you use. Perfect for remote jobsites and diverse applications.

The Volumetric Concrete Mixer is a mobile truck-mounted batching plant that carries unmixed raw materials (sand, gravel, cement, water, and additives) in separate compartments. Unlike traditional drum mixers, it mixes the concrete on-site and on-demand.
This "factory on wheels" ensures that you get the exact mix design and quantity required for every job, eliminating the risk of "hot loads" or concrete over-ordering. Whether you are working on a small residential driveway or a massive infrastructure project, the volumetric mixer provides unmatched flexibility and precision.

Applications

Volumetric mixers are versatile tools used across various sectors of the construction industry:
Remote Construction Sites: Ideal for locations far from traditional batching plants where concrete would set before arrival.
Municipal & Utility Repairs: Perfect for small-volume "cut-and-patch" street repairs.
Residential Projects: Driveways, patios, and foundations where exact quantities are hard to estimate.
Specialty Concrete: Producing flowable fill, rapid-set concrete, or shotcrete on-demand.
Night Work: Operational 24/7 without relying on the opening hours of a local plant.

Advantages & Disadvantages

The Advantages
Zero Waste: You only mix what you use. No more paying for "short load" fees or disposing of leftover wet concrete.
Freshness Guaranteed: Mixing happens seconds before the pour, ensuring maximum structural integrity and workability.
Multiple Mixes, One Trip: Change the mix design (e.g., from 3000 PSI to 4000 PSI) instantly between pours without returning to the plant.
Cost-Effective: Reduces labor idle time and eliminates the logistical costs of traditional transit mixers.
The Disadvantages
Initial Investment: The upfront purchase price of a volumetric unit is typically higher than a standard drum mixer.
Operator Skill: Requires a trained operator who understands calibration and material loading.
Maintenance: More moving parts (conveyors, augers, and bins) require a consistent maintenance schedule.

Packaging & Global Logistics

We ensure your equipment arrives in factory-perfect condition through rigorous export packaging:
Protective Coating: Anti-corrosion wax treatment for sea freight.
Securing: The unit is mounted and secured using heavy-duty steel wire and chocks in 40ft HQ containers or via RO-RO (Roll-on/Roll-off) shipping.
Component Protection: Critical hydraulic components and digital controllers are shrink-wrapped and crated.
Documentation: Full set of English manuals, calibration charts, and maintenance guides included.
